Hi, the sim I have upgraded from you guys is still terrible reception. I cannot call out or receive calls. Am I able to cancel this? I've been with you guys for over a year with the original sim but not with the new sim and over the 30 days return policy.

Have these problems only started since you received your new SIM card?

Have you tried your SIM in another device to see if the problem still occurs?
