This keeps happening a lot more at home now I'm sick of keep putting my new phone in flight mode. I need this resolved ASAP

First off, we’re very sorry for any frustration you’ve faced recently on our network.

We would need a little further information on what’s happening though in order to potentially help (and rule out that it’s not an issue with your phone itself).

 

What phone are you using currently?

Could we get your full home postcode?

Is your problem often alleviated by switching in and out of flight mode?

Is there a pattern to how often you lose connection?

Have you tried taking out your SIM and re-inserting it?

Have you tried your SIM in another phone for a short while to see if the same problem arises there?
