i have changed phones to a iphone xr but the data is not work and i have gone through all test and   put the sim card in my old phone and its still not working why and how can i fix this as there is no human i can talk to

Are you able to make calls and send text messages?

Has this problem only started since you switched to a different phone or are you new to iD Mobile?
