Emergency calls

Went on my app today and it asked me if I was using my new SIM. I've been using it for the last 4 months so I clicked yes, now my phone is only allowing emergency calls. Any ideas what's went wrong?

Hi @Cj1512,

This would only happen if a new SIM was ordered or sent out to you. Have you upgraded recently?

If you have the SIM card that originally came with your phone (if it was an upgrade) check to see if this now works in your phone as I have a feeling that one has now been activated in place of your old SIM.
