how to make a complaint about the live chat department

I have  spoke to two people on the live chat about the lack of network coverage  since I upgraded to unlimited data each time they end the chat before they have helped solve the issue

Hi Ryan.

Hopefully I can get what I want to receive from you. I am abroad and very difficult  to contact you when I have not your sim cards with me. I try to cancel my account with you and my contracts gone long time ago. When I pay regularly was fine but when stop my direct debit some problem with you started.

Last month I did activate my direct debit but couldn’t contact anybody from your stupid or rather clever company to as to collect money so after one month I can cancel my business with you. Can you be more helpful for me please. Jaroslaw Przybyl
