Hi, My new phone was working, 2 days later I'm not getting a signal but it's not id signal as my sons phone is fine. Any suggestions please as its been off all day and driving me nuts!! thanks

Howdy @Nutshell,

Have you tried testing your SIM in your Son's phone to see if it's a handset issue?

Is he also on the iD Network or a different network?
