I’ve had no service for the past 4 days in the Sussex area. So I can’t receive or send texts or use my data. Why is this?

I turned my phone on and off and it seems to be working again, so now I know! Thanks for the reply though. (Hopefully this helps someone else)

I’ve never had a problem with the iD Live Chat service - what’s happening when you try?
There was a mast upgrade last week hence the problem.Only trouble is now service slower than it was week before. Read Three have history of this happening.
