Incoming calls not ringing - recipient is on another call

Phone isn't ringing when people call me. They get a message saying I'm on another call (which I am not). Texts are coming through fine. I've had this issue in two different phones using the same SIM card.

If you’ve just joined us and ported a number, this could potentially be the reason if the port has not completed fully.

It’s odd indeed but we’d like to investigate this further.

I have been with iD since August 2019 so not just joined.

This hasn’t been solved yet, not sure why it has been marked as solved. There’s another post on here with someone having the same issue five months ago. Hope you can sort it because I missing medical calls :(

Do you have any sort of Call Forwarding/ Voicemail settings set within your phone itself?
