Issues with my signal recently

Hi,

my phone has not had any signal for the last three days - it says no service and only works when I am connected to the WIFI.

I am unable to get through to customer care.

please could someone get back to me regarding this issue as this is affecting my work - I cannot make or receive texts and calls.

Have you tried restarting your handset to see if this helps?

What’s the full postcode of the area where the issue is occurring?
