My mobile data will not work, I have tried turning the phone off and on and the mobile data on and off but it still not working, it is a new sim card

I'm sorry to hear this! Are your calls and texts working on your new SIM card?

If so, the mobile data settings in your phone may be out of date and will require an update. Which phone are you using?
