That’s bad luck - is it the 5G BIG BUILD happening or another issue? 

The 5G build project work can last for several weeks.

Hello @Joobags,

In most cases, Three UK will resolve any mast outages within a few days if not quicker. It depends on a few factors which can affect this.

If it’s planned maintenace it’s often much quicker vs unplanned outage due to a mast fault.

We hope it’s resolved soon!
