Network problems for 4+ weeks

I have a Redmi Note 9 Pro and for the past 4+ weeks I've had data issues. Data is almost always unavailable, I have unlimited data so this shouldn't be a problem. I haven't moved house, I live in the same area. 

I've restarted phone, changed between LTE and 3G but still having issues. Not ideal when my WiFi provider is also down it leaves me unable to use my phone at home. 

Any reported issues in FY area Lancashire?
