Hi all,
i bought a PAYG sim today from a CW store, and just got home. i've put the simcard into my phone (ifCane E1) and it accepts the sim.. but when i try to make calls it just stays a silent line (asking if i want to end call) and doesnt ring etc. when i try to call the number for the sim, you get a message saying it cant take the call..
any ideas?

Hi Capr_squidpants. The ifCane E1 phone you've got appears to be only a GSM phone so would not support the 3G/ 4G network provided by iD Mobile, it's unlikely that you would get any signal connection which would explain the situation that you've described. - Phil
