ive just moved house & I don’t get any signal inside the house but if I go into the garden I do. Do you offer a signal extender or something similar ?
Ive been checking your coverage checker & it says you know there is a problem and it’s been sorted but it’s still the same.

Sorry to hear you're having coverage issues.
Have you tried doing a manual network search and (although it sounds very obvious) powering down the phone completely and removing the SIM, waiting 10 seconds, then powering up the phone and re-inserting the SIM.
This should refresh you on the network.
