No coverage since the past week

Hi, 

 

I have been with iD for over a year, and over the last week my phone coverage and data have both just stopped working. I am still paying my bills, and have tried restoring to factory settings and manually entering the APN. None of this has worked. I have also brought the handset into Carphone Warehouse, as I thought it may have been the problem, but they assure me that there is nothing wrong with the phone.

 

Is there anything you can do to help me? Because, if not you will have to cancel my contract as I cannot be paying for a service that does not work.

Sorry to hear that.

Is that from home only or aware from home also?

Are all services affected? Calls, texts and data?

 

Please can you confirm the full postcode so we can check the coverage at your home address to rule out any mast issues.
