No Data Connection

Got a ID Mobile Sim only 5 days ago.

I have a good signal, can make calls, never any mobile data connection.

checked in lots of locations, in Cardiff, Bristol and Chippenham.

Put a Virgin Sim in the same phone and that works with no issues with  Data.

Phone is a Motorola G7 Play. Ive checked the APN. cant see any issues with it. i’ve also deletted the APN.  see APN screen shots

Hi @Mike_pct,

I’m sorry to hear about this issue. This may seem obvious, but have you checked your allowances to ensure you have data left?

If so, please can you try resetting all the APN settings to default by going to the APN list, pressing the menu button and then choosing the ‘Reset to Default’ option?

Also, is there another phone you can try your SIM card with to see if the data works on that to pinpoint where the issue might be?

There are so many signal blackspots in zone 1-3 in London i would not recommend using idMobile. It’s great if you are right next to a 5G mast â€Ĥ
