I missed an important phone call due to no ID mobile coverage. I can’t call them, can’t log in either as the code to reset my password is sent to my mobile……

I was told you were looking in on it and would get back to me but I haven’t heard anything yet
The phone call was scheduled for 11am and it is now 1pm and I still have no coverage. I have tried rebooting and it didn’t work.
