no mobile data in Belfast

Phone has no internet as in mobile data. Checked the setting on phone and its auto check function (redmi note 10 pro) and sim swapped to my backup phone and no internet.

 

2 months into contract, not great.

Hello @TB21,

Has the mobile data stopped working? (as in it was working before but no longer is) or was it never working since you bought the contract?

When your SIM was in the backup phone, did the mobile data work?
