I‘ve been having excellent service where I am and overnight the coverage seems to have disappeared. I get one bar when I go into the garden - I was getting ¾ bars everywhere in the property before that. I’m in PL220HQ. Can you help at all?

Unfortunately it seems an unplanned outage is in affect with the mast closest to the PL22 0HQ postcode. We’ve just now reached out to you by private message here to get some further details though to investigate this further.
These types of things are always a top priority for Three’s Network Engineers to get fixed, but as of current time we’ve not been given a date yet as to when things should be back to normal.
Though we’ll monitor this with you and keep tabs on this on your iD Mobile account once we’ve confirmed you’re the account holder.
