No service at home

Hi, at home I receive no service so I am unable to make calls and text. Network coverage for my post code says we receive good service. Is there anything I can do to improve service? I am thinking about changing network but not sure it will help. Very frustrating

How long have you had these coverage issues?
Outside of the home, are you still having this issues? By this I mean, is the issue faced when indoors only?

Thanks Mohammed. A couple of months now. Service is poor outside also. I contacted ID mobile about the drop in service but was told there were no problems in the area but something has changed

The frustrating thing is when I check coverage checker I am supposed to get very good coverage

Are there any network problems showing when you check the coverage in your area?
