No service in apartment

I’ve recently got myself a new handset. Before purchasing I checked the service provider details for my are (Sheffield S2) which have 3G/4G/5G indoors and outdoors. 
Even though I have unlimited date (all gens) but can’t get service anywhere inside my apartment. I can’t connect to the internet nor make calls

 

any idea how I can boost signal strength? Or overcome this issue. Not really worth my paying for unlimited data if I can’t even use the thing

Coverage checkers like the one on our site give an estimate into the level of coverage to expect but the actual coverage can vary when in use.

If the indoor coverage isn’t strong and there’s no service downtime reported, it’s unlikely to improve.

Check three.co.uk/support/network_and_coverage/network_support to see if there are any issues reported.
