Poor coverage

I mostly receive no signal at all in my house, not even for calls & SMS, and occasionally receive a bar or two. The signal is very weak outside my house as well.

I have tried restarting my phone and it makes no difference.

The coverage map shows a “Very Good Service” both indoors and outdoors for at least a 200m radius around my house.

How can I receive better coverage?

Hi @nickgriffiths,

We’re sorry to hear about that. The coverage indoors can often be affected by the construction type of the building but it should improve outdoors. Please can you provide us with your postcode so we can check this out even further for you?
