I have recently joined ID but get very poor coverage at home. Signal strength is only one bar, increasing to 2 bars if I go into certain rooms upstairs. I have changed mobile settings to ID Mobile (from Auto) but this hasn’t improved it.
Hello
- Check the computer predicted coverage at your home using your postcode with this page http://www.three.co.uk/Discover/Network/Coverage.
- Also, check the network status using your postcode with this page http://www.three.co.uk/support/network_and_coverage/network_support.
- Finally, if your handset is listed on the Wi-Fi Calling service device compatibility list, you can use the iD Wi-Fi Calling service. I rely on iD Wi-Fi Calling at home, because I live in a mobile not-spot.
Anyway, good luck.
