I've only had this network for a week & on two separate occasions from different phone numbers, the quality of the call breaks up when I'm walking. I can hear the speaker but they state call line breaks up & they can't hear me. Once I stand still, everything is fine.

That sounds frustrating - did this happen in the same place or in different locations?
Are you using the same phone you used with your previous mobile service provider?
Have you used the coverage checker for the locations where the calls break-up?

Thanks for your response. In answer to your questions - on both occasions calls were in similar locations & I didn’t use the coverage checker -will check this as well as try walking another route.
My phone was bought at the same time as change to new service provider.
