Hello, i get NO mobile signal in my house (on any network).
Does anyone know if the NEC Three home signal booster is compatible with an ID mobile contract- as ID mobile uses the THREE network?
Many thanks, Vikki.

Hello @Vikki,

That's unfortunate to hear!

Living in a blackspot can't be too good.

In regards to the Signal Booster, we don't provide one directly from iD so I wouldn't believe this is compatible, You're welcome to try as it may work because of iD relying on Three UK's masts for coverage.

Have you checked out WiFi Calling?

This is a feature we offer on our network for select handsets allowing you to make calls/texts over WiFi.

Of course, this will depend on your WiFi connection but should help in some way.

We've got a WiFi Calling topic on our Community as well as a page on our website here:

I'm in the same situation and sadly ID have said my only option is to buy my way out my contract, at full cost!! I'm disgusted and left with a phone that doesn't serve a purpose

Hi @Chloe Iles,

How far into your contract are you? We do offer a 30 day signal guarantee for these type of instances, did you report the signal issues within the first 30 days?

Have you tried enabling WiFi calling at home to increase your call quality?
