Hi 

 

I have had no signal today is there an issue.

I live in Chipperfield, Hertfordshire

Can someone please let me know why I have no coverage. I am going mental here to find out how to answer a simple question

What’s the full postcode of the area?

Hello @Susan Thornton,

Thanks for confirming that postcode for us.

 

I can see that the area shows Good Outdoor with Marginal Indoor coverage on 3G and 4G is varied.

The local mast shows no unplanned outages.

The neighbouring masts show congestion and some recent unplanned outage though it’s unlikely this is the case.

 

Have you tried restarting the phone?

I do find it confusing to find the right place to ask a question 

Yes I turned my phone off and restarted no problem with signal
