hello I’ve activated my Id SIM card and all’s that coming up is emergency calls only I have signal but the sim is not active what do I do? Can anyone help?
My my phone does accept any sim it’s coming up with the option for ID mobile but saying could not connect

Have you tried the SIM in another phone at all to test?
Is this an upgrade or a new connection you've taken out?
Or have you received a replacement SIM?
