Hello, is anyone else experiencing this issue?
i can recieve calls but cannot make them
or send text messages either
i logged With help desk but massively inconvenient and unusual - at least i have internet access so whatsapp calls work so it could be worse!

That’s odd.
Is this happening in one set location or wherever you go?
Have you tried multiple numbers from different networks or is this over just one network you’re calling? e.g. all EE numbers only etc.

yes it is odd - it happens when i call any number but i am Roaming at the moment but normally
it is fine.

It could be due to Roaming.
Which country are you in and what number are you calling? e.g. 0777 or 0800 etc? (don’t confirm the full number, just the prefix).
Make sure the number is +44 instead of 0 so for 0712345678 it’d be +44712345678
