Terrible coverage

I will probably never purchase an ID SIM again! The coverage/network/signal is terrible.

Is this a recent issue or one you’ve had since you purchased the contract?

Could you give us a bit more info on the issue?

It’s continuous. I had difficulty with ID when living in Wales, but now even more living in the North East in a town here.

 

If I want to open an e-mail for example, I often click on the link, then go off for a few minutes and hope that by the time I get back the e-mail has opened. It does vary but it’s extremely frustrating especially during the mornings when I am working from the laptop.

 

I didn’t have any problems with Vodafone.
