Unable to send SMS messages

Hi

I’m unable to send SMS messages. I am receiving them OK, but I just get an error when I try to send.

I have seen that you previously had an issue which you’ve now resolved, but I’m still not able to send messages. I’ve tried all the usual tricks (off/on, take out the SIM, etc) but nothing will get it working again.

Any ideas?

Hi @tombrennand,

We’re sorry to hear about that, which phone are you using? Also, have you got another device nearby that you can test the SIM card with to see if the issue is device or network related?

Hi Ryan

I’ve tried in a different handset and it’s the same. Infact this handset also tells me the message sending has failed.

This has been going on for some time now and you’re not all that easy to get in touch with. Is there a number I can call to get this sorted please?
