Unable to use data

I have the iPhone 11, when at home or outside of the house I have my mobile data switched on.  It also shows at the top of my screen 4g is on but when I try and use my phone I can't get connection for any of my apps.

Sorry to hear about the issues you are having. Firstly could you please check the coverage at your home address using the coverage checker here.

Do you have any issues when browsing the internet? 

Please could you ensure that your mobile data is on and ensure that data is turned on for the apps that you wish to use data for. You can check this at Settings > Cellular, then turn Cellular Data on or off for any app that can use cellular data.

Once we have further information we can advise you further.
