Vodafone Wi-Fi calling not working

I have upgraded my phone but wish to use my old phone (huawei p smart 2020 from iD) with a vodafone sim using wifi calling (no signal at home). It works fine with every carrier (iD, EE, Plusnet) but not vodafone, any ideas

Hello @Rustybus, assuming your old Huawei is not locked, you’d be best seeking help from Vodafone; it’s a Vodafone SIM and the Vodafone Wi-Fi Calling service you’re trying to use.

Hi @Rustybus, most Wi-Fi Calling issues usually stem from firmware incompatibility. If you didn’t buy the phone from Vodafone directly, there’s a chance it might never work with their Wi-Fi Calling service.

Either way, the best course of action would be to get in touch with Vodafone themselves.
