Wifi calling

Hi - I loved the wifi calling feature on my iPhone 7 but it suddenly stopped workings. I have been through all the set up and it's as it should be - have checked the internet speed which is great. So why has it stopped working- and how can I get it to work again?

It is strange that this service has stopped working, especially if your phone/WiFi/settings have all stayed the same. Your phone will need to be running the most recent iOS update however to maintain the usability of this feature.

Please can you confirm which iOS version your phone is running?

Hi Ryan - it is indeed strange. My phone has the most recent updates. It is running 12.0 (and states it is up to date).
