Cannot change delivery address


Trying to get an upgrade but can’t because the checkout address is incorrect. I’ve updated my address in my details multiple times but it just won’t reflect the changes on the checkout. I do not want to send the phone to the wrong address.

This week I signed a SIM only contract but there is a big problem: there is mistake in my address. The flat number was wrong. It was three days ago. I have tried to knock on the door of the person that should have received the SIM card but there is nobody. I wonder what the next step should be.
