I ordered a phone on 04th Oct, Im now told it is out of stock but this was never mentioned when placing the order. I'm unable to contact you via live chat as I don't have an ID Mobile number yet and no one is replying to my emails. I have already been charged £100 up front cost and have no indication when the phone will be available.
Can you contact me to advise when the phone will arrive or how I can cancel my contract.
