Delivery complaint

I ordered a phone on 04th Oct, Im now told it is out of stock but this was never mentioned when placing the order. I'm unable to contact you via live chat as I don't have an ID Mobile number yet and no one is replying to my emails. I have already been charged £100 up front cost and have no indication when the phone will be available.

Can you contact me to advise when the phone will arrive or how I can cancel my contract.

I ordered a phone last Thursday, money has been taken but no confirmation or delivery information. Can’t work out how to cancel the order….Never experienced such a poor service in the mobile phone industry in this century!

Could you confirm what phone (+ model/ colour etc) it was you placed an order for?

We’ll have a look if it’s expected to be very soon or not that we’d have stock so that we can advise on the best next steps.  A different choice, cancellation, etc.
