My payment of 1p has been taken but the order then said it has been cancelled? Is my new phone arriving?

If you have had an email update since placing the order that states the order was cancelled then that would be the latest news relating to that order.
If an order was cancelled. The common reasons for that tend to be either based on the results of a credit check -or- your details you gave us didn’t match what the bank holds for you, or that you hadn’t used a card/ bank of your own.
Any 1p deduction taken (used to verify your address and that you are who you say you are) would be automatically returned within 3-5 days at the latest.
