DPD has said they could not provide any support until I'd mobile contacts them. My new phone was ment to be delivered today but hasn't I've contacted DPD and they said my parcel was last scanned on the 16th but nothing since and will not investigate it until Id contact them how am I ment to go about this if all the call centers are shut?Â
