I upgraded my phone and plan. Received the new phone early last week but haven’t yet received the new sim card. How long does it normally take as I am still having to use my old phone at the moment despite being on the new plan?

Please be assured you can continue to use your old sim as long as the plan has updated on the App.
Sim card delivery usually takes 5 working days but please allow longer due to COVID-19.
