I have not received my SIM and cannot start my account/cannot register? Help!

HI, I have not yet received my SIM despite being charged and direct debit being set up - help!

Also I can not register and login my account - doesn’t seem to recognise me from the registration details I set up when I joined, also, I have sent my PAC over but again the number is not recognised by ID mobile.

V stuck and need help, your live chat “available soon” so I cannot speak to anyone but I have been charged again by Vodafone for another month as I could not transfer to you!

Bit frustrated and help needed, thanks

Welcome to the community here @racheldeacon1 

When was it you placed your order for your the SIM Rachel?  As these tend to arrive between 2-4 working days after placing the order via Royal Mail.

Your first Direct Debit shouldn’t come out until about 14-days after placing the order.

 

Please reply here, and if it’s looking suspiciously like your SIM might be lost in the post we’ll send you a private message to get another one out immediately.
