HI, I have not yet received my SIM despite being charged and direct debit being set up - help!
Also I can not register and login my account - doesn’t seem to recognise me from the registration details I set up when I joined, also, I have sent my PAC over but again the number is not recognised by ID mobile.
V stuck and need help, your live chat “available soon” so I cannot speak to anyone but I have been charged again by Vodafone for another month as I could not transfer to you!
Bit frustrated and help needed, thanks
