I just ordered my upgrade but my bank needed to verify my identity before allowing the transfer and told me the original payment was declined. I received an order confirmation email from iDmobile but the Upfront Payment is not showing up under my pending transactions. I just wanted to contact someone who can tell me if my order has gone through or not but I seem to be unable to do this. Live Chat seems to be unavailable, the page is just blank other than a link to the Community page. There is also no contact telephone number. Should it honestly be this hard to ask a question as simple as this?
