lockdown delivery

i have just ordered my upgrade and it will be delivered when in stock but there is no option to change delivery address as i am currently in lockdown at a family members so is there any way to change it so it can be delivered to my lockdown address or a collection point?

The best we could suggest currently would be to try again get hold of our Customer Services Team via Live Chat when available.

If you’re able to confirm you’re the account holder, then they may be able to help.  Though we couldn’t promise anything.

For security reasons we’d always want to deliver an upgrade to the listed address on the account to prevent any potential theft or fraud attempts.
