Please can you assist me, I am not very computer savvy and can't seem to access my bill online! Therefore I just have to wait until the amount that it is is taken from my direct debit. I know I am in the minority here but someone else may be going through for his and not say anything.
Please can you find if my account can be sent to me in the old way off a paper Bill.
