My SIM card hasn't arrived

I ordered my SIM card on Wednesday 22nd July. I immediately got confirmation that it had been processed and I was charged my Direct Debit the next day. The SIM has not arrived yet and I am a bit fed up as there is no way to contact a rep to ask about it. My other contract has expired so I can’t currently phone or access 3G and it’s hugely annoying, as I was sure that the ID SIM would come in time.

Hi @floradoblar, the SIM cards go out via Royal Mail and usually take 3-5 days. The 5th day is tomorrow, so if it isn’t there by then, please let us know and we’ll get that sorted for you.



Hi Will. Thanks for your reply. I wasn’t sure as everywhere says a different number of days. On the email I got, it said 3 days. And on your website FAQ it says 3, 4 or 5 days in different questions. I will let you know if it does not arrive tomorrow. Thank you!
