My SIM hasn't arrived after 3 working days

It’s been 3 working days (4 if you include Saturday) and my SIM hasn’t arrived. I’ve tried Live Chat which isn’t working at the moment. There’s no email address to contact you and the phone service is fully automated so I can’t talk to anyone.

Please can you assist. I don’t have a working phone at the moment and I placed my SIM order in time to ensure I wouldn’t be without.

SIM cards take 2-3 days to arrive usually via Royal Mail.

 

In some cases these can be delayed, if the SIM still hasn’t arrived by the end of today, just reply here and we will get a replacement sent out to you.
