No SIM delivered after 2wks. So cant register. So cant request new delivery. Tried 0333 003 7777, no option to speak to someone. Waited for a live chat to become free for about 40mins. What do I do?

Please could I have a way of directly contacting ID mobile, to 1) see if I can get a SIM delivered, 2) enquire about not getting charged for the duration I havent had a SIM, or failing those 3) cancel my direct debit and have a refund as I have not received a SIM, nor activated an account.
