Hi I ordered two phones on the 16th on November. One has come and the other not. How do I find out what is going on please

Have you since spoken with our Live Chat Team about this?

Did you receive an order number for the second order at all?  Have you checked your spam/ folder in case anything by chance went there?

What was the phone you tried to order?

If need be we can send a message to check in on the order if you’re still in the dark.

@Kevin i upgraded via the ID app on the 13th Nov, received an order complete email but haven't received my phone. Tried to contact live chat multiple times to no avail. Can someone please get in touch with me about this?
