I recommended ID to my elderly dad, given myself, my husband and my daughter all have contracts with and have had for years with no issues.
He ordered the phone on 25 July and has had nothing since his confirmation.
He can’t get through on live chat or phone. I initially reassured him that it would be stock/delivery delays due to covid, but this is far too long a wait.
Can someone advise what is going on? I really regret making the recommendation now.
