phone been redirected back to carphone warehouse

Hi hope you can help i am new to id mobile and purchased a phone on the 9th november online, I received all confirmation and a tracking number which was sent out on the 10th but then never reached to my adress as its was called back by carphone warehouse. I am really concerned as an upfront payment of 49.99 was taken out and i have received confirmation of direct debit yet i have no phone still. I am unable to contact any one through id as you need to enter an id mobile number which i do not yet have. Please can some one help? thankyou mark

Was the purchase originally made from ourselves? 

or Carphone Warehouse?  If it’s Carphone Warehouse, could you reach out to them: https://selfhelp.carphonewarehouse.com/SelfHelp/request.do?forward=contactus

I hear their Social Media Team are usually a good shout via the Facebook or Twitter for Carphone Warehouse.
