I ordered the iPhone 12 in white on Friday 13/11/2020 before 8PM and I have had an order conformation through but my phone has not been dispatched. I have not had an email saying when my phone will arrive and it is now 17/11/2020.

The most likely answer to your question would be that whenever it was you had ordered you had been too late to meet a launch day allocation of whichever colour/ model iPhone you opted for. Though if you’ve had no email updates at all (not even to the spam inbox) for when you can expect your phone then we’ll send you a private message on here now so that we can take a look at that for you.
