Sorry for not getting to this one sooner. Have you since spoken to our Live Chat Team at all?
Generally speaking you should always get your proof of purchase paperwork emailed to you upon the dispatch of the order.
Could you check your spam/ junk folder for us just to see if maybe it’s sat there?
